Essex County Parks Administration Building
Tsivicos Enterprises performed the historic restoration of the century-old Essex County Parks Administration Building in Newark — a landmark project undertaken as a takeover after the prior contractor was terminated, and completed in under seven months.
The scope demanded exceptional craftsmanship: restoration of terrazzo flooring, Rosso Levanto marble columns, and roughly thirty hand-painted canvas friezes, alongside a build-out of basement space for a Sheriff’s office.
