Tsivicos Enterprises delivered the new community center at Essex County West Side Park in Newark — a project championed by the late Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver to give the surrounding community a modern gathering place. The work combined renovation, a building addition, and new construction into a single cohesive facility.

The center provides flexible community and recreation space designed to serve residents year-round, built to the same rigorous public-bid standards that define our government work.

From site logistics through finishes, the project was executed on schedule and delivered a durable, welcoming civic building for the neighborhood.
