The historic Essex County Parks Administration Building — a century-old landmark — underwent a comprehensive $12M restoration led by Tsivicos Enterprises, preserving its architectural heritage while modernizing the facility for continued public use.
Essex County Opens the Much-Anticipated Monte Irvin Community Center in Orange, NJ
Essex County cut the ribbon on the first-ever community center at Monte Irvin Orange Park — an 8,580 sq ft facility named for the Baseball Hall of Famer and Orange native. Tsivicos Enterprises constructed the $9.8M building, which features a nearly 5,000 sq ft multi-purpose room, warming kitchen, and covered patio.
