Tsivicos Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1989 as a general construction company in the State of New Jersey. From the outset, the firm focused its expertise on the government and institutional sector — designing and building a wide range of projects for municipal, state, and federal agencies across New York and New Jersey.
The company is owned and operated by an engineer who maintains direct, hands-on involvement in every project undertaken. That engineering leadership is the foundation of the quality, accountability, and workmanship public owners have come to expect from Tsivicos on even the most demanding assignments.

Among the most prominent recent projects is the $10M Cherry Blossom Welcome Center, which serves as the nexus for one of New Jersey’s most celebrated parks — home to the largest collection of Cherry Blossom trees in the United States. Other notably challenging projects include the $8M Rushmore Aquatic Center, featuring one of New Jersey’s largest municipal spray parks alongside a 4,500 SF competition swimming pool and a fully appointed community building — a technically demanding build delivered as a true community destination. Expanding Our Federal Practice
As Tsivicos continues to grow, the firm is actively expanding its federal contracting and consultation practice — bringing the same engineering rigor to work for federal agencies. Haralambos Tsivicos Founder & CEO
Tsivicos Enterprises is owned and operated by Haralambos Tsivicos. A graduate of the Rutgers University School of Engineering and a lifelong participant in the construction industry, he has used his engineering background to expand the company’s capabilities into specialized, engineering-driven projects as well as construction management and design services. That focus on engineering is what has allowed the firm to excel in the government contracting sector.
Hands-on and deeply involved, Haralambos has spearheaded the company’s growth over the past decade and continues to drive his vision for its future.
